Course Overview

This course intends to develop your leadership-management skills to focus on practical communication and collaboration, and to effectively lead and influence teams. This course stimulates self-reflection aimed at developing leadership styles that can effectively adapt to organizational changes across broad contexts. Finally, aspiring leaders will be empowered with team leadership skills and a personal leadership identity through this course.
