Course Overview

In this course, you will learn how to use your smartphone as a tool to produce quality and interesting videos for your small business. Regardless, if you are new or a pro in this field, you will gain so much more than just doing basic videography. This course will help you widen your horizons and see how mobile videography will help you think of a better way to promote your business in the online world.

What You Will Learn

Upon completion of this course, the learners are expected to:

  • show understanding of the basic concepts of mobile videography;
  • identify and discuss the dos and don’ts in shooting video for their products and learn the importance of proper lighting and basic creative techniques in videography;
  • express creativity and resourcefulness in using available materials at home for videography; and
  • utilize and learn the basic composition of video editing techniques to enhance the video quality output.

Requirements

You will need the following:

  • Any smartphone with a high resolution/HD video recording. (Optional: Smartphone with 4K recording and Frame Rate Option)
  • A smartphone that supports the latest video editing apps
  • Laptop with your choice of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro/Final Cut Pro)
  • Monopod/Tripod/Selfie Stick (whichever is available)
  • Premiere Rush (available in Google Play Store and iOS for free)
  • Inshot App (available in Google Play Store and iOS for free)
  • Capcut (available in Google Play Store and iOS for free)
